The fact that it helps tremendously in nutrient absorption as well as reduces food intolerance means it is very effective in helping one achieve their fitness goals. However, since there are people who have certain intolerance for high-fibre diets or intolerance for dairy-based products like yoghurt, it is important that you consult a health professional before taking probiotic supplements.
